• Basic Website Problems (Host problem, We do not include recovery service if the customer has made any type of change or mistake trying to update the website by itself.)

*If for any reason your website goes offline or has a hacker intrusion, we will install the latest version we have in our backup control.

How can I cancel my plan?

We do not have a contract, feel free to cancel your payment whenever you want.

If you wish to cancel your plan Please email us at info@gatorgraphicsusa.com and include “Plan Cancellation Request” on the subject line.

Once received, we will process your request within 1 to 2 business days for your convenience.

We do not offer refunds for monthly payments.

For Social Networks: Upon cancellation request, Gator Graphics will continue to provide service until the last
paid service has been utilized. After the funds of said service have been exhausted and no consecutive
payment has been received we will stop providing said service. No additional fees will incur.

Example: If you have a package with 4 posts and you decide to cancel the plan before we have
completed full service of such (all posts posted – agreed upon paid service) we will continue on
posting the remaining posts originally agreed upon.

You will have the ability to specify when/how soon to process said remaining posts to complete the full
service paid.

CAN I USE MY OWN HOSTING PLAN?

If you want to have your own Hosting Plan (whether it’s yours or another company), a transfer fee of $250.00 will be required and if you want us to install your website in your Hosting, we will charge a $200.00 fee for installation.

Please note that the period for transferring your files via EMAIL or LINK for download, may take up to 5 business days. GATOR GRAPHICS LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA, HOST, DOMAIN, CONTENT, DATABASE INFORMATION OR ANY FILE ON YOUR SITE OR CONTENT AFTER THE TRANSFER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEM OR ERROR RESULTING FROM THE TRANSFER.

No data will be sent until we have received full payment.

By paying** for this service, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
